The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Second Class Township Code, Section 601 states that a Township shall be governed and supervised by boards of supervisors. Newberry Township's Board of Supervisors is made up of five (5) elected officials. The Board meets twice a month at the Township's administrative offices located at 1915 Old Trail Road, Etters, PA 17319 for the transaction of business. A quorum of three members is required to make an affirmative vote in order to transact any business. A Supervisor is elected to serve a six-year term.
