Refuse bills are sent out by the beginning of January, April, July and October.  If you do not receive a  bill by the 10th of that month, please call Stacy at 717-938-0836 or 266-6890.  Failure to receive a bill will not relieve you of a payment or late fees. You may also email with any questions or concerns.

The Township of Newberry currently contracts with Penn Waste as the solid waste and recyclable hauler. The Township handles the quarterly billing, general questions and complaints. If your trash is missed, please call the following morning at 938-6992 to report it so the hauler can try to get out to pick it up (if there are no issues.) Ordinance #260 requires refuse removal for all residents.
