Board of Supervisors

will hold

a public hearing on  

   September 28, 2010 at 5:30p.m.

Docket 10-01:  Hemlock Homes, LLC, P.O. Box 34, Etters, PA  17319.  Applicants are applying for a Conditional Use under Section 202.4 (Water and Sewer Facilities Required.)  Applicants wish to provide water with a well, instead of public water, to five building lots.  The properties are located at 2005 York Haven Road, Etters, PA  17319, Tax Map PH, Parcel 20, in the Residential Holding Zone.
